My Story
From an early age, I didn’t just stumble into the food and beverage world; I lived it, breathed it, and built businesses in it. From the soil where crops first take root to the final plate served in a bustling café, I’ve walked every step of the supply chain. I’ve partnered with agricultural enterprises, navigated the global wine and spirits trade, and even rolled up my sleeves as the owner of a restaurant and coffee shop on the Gold Coast, Australia. These weren’t just jobs—they were chapters in a career that gave me an insider’s view of an industry that demands grit, creativity, and strategic finesse.
